While we strive for zero defect rates, this particular root cause is beyond our control. Fortunately, thousands of units have been installed without incident and this sporadic issue has affected only a few units. If your unit is experiencing repeat reboots (accompanied by a change in status light from pulsing purple to red and back again), please contact support for a replacement.
