Your shipping address can only be updated before it has been sent to our fulfillment house. We cannot modify shipping addresses after that point.
Though we use shippers such as DHL or FedEx, they hand your package off to your local postal service (US Postal Service, Canada Post, and Royal Mail) for delivery to your home. So, if you have moved since providing your shipping address, if you've submitted a change of address or mail forwarding request with your local postal service, your delivery should be redirected accordingly. We cannot modify shipment delivery while in transit.
