In order to determine which Client ID is associated with which device, in the Reports tab at https://my.winstonprivacy.com/reports/active-clients, click on the Client ID and expand the Domain Requests option that shows up below the Client ID. From there, you should be able to deduce which Client ID is associated with which device.
You can update the name of a Client ID by selecting the "pencil" icon next to the hex number and simply typing a friendlier name.
Once a hex number has been changed to a custom name, it can be changed back to the hex number by deleting the custom name.
We are not able to provide MAC IDs of other devices in the Client ID because when a router connected to Winstons LAN port creates its own subnet, making it impossible to gather Layer 2 (DataLink) information, such as MAC ID.
We are also not able to provide IP addresses of other devices in the Client ID because Winston is not sniffing internal packets on a Layer 3 (IP) level, and as a result are not logging or able to display IP addresses.
